2021 Domaine Willamette Methode Traditionnelle Brut Rosé
Domaine Willamette is dedicated to producing the highest quality sparkling wines. Our Brut Rosé is crafted from estate-grown Pinot Noir using méthode traditionnelle where the wine goes through secondary fermentation in this bottle. It’s then aged on its lees to develop complexity while preserving vibrancy before disgorgement.

On the Nose: Pale salmon in color, the nose of this fresh and elegant sparkling wine opens with aromas of cherry blossoms, powdered sugar, ripe pear and concentrated strawberries.
On the Palate: Flavors of ripe cranberries, lychee, lime and honeysuckle are carried by an energetic palate with an elegant structure, persistent length and balancing acidity for a zesty finish.
Food Pairing: Start your gathering with a celebratory toast or elevate any occasion. Pair with brunch dishes like eggs benedict, strawberry chocolate mousse, charcuterie and aged cheeses.

Bernau Estate Vineyard
Dundee Hills AVA
Named in honor of Founder Jim Bernau, Bernau Estate Vineyard is located in the Dundee Hills and the future home to our Méthode Champenoise sparkling wine facility, set to open in 2022. The vines at Bernau Estate Vineyard are farmed using biodynamic techniques, with plans to apply for a Demeter certification in 2022. Biodynamic farming uses sustainable, organic practices, including composting and the use of special preparations, to holistically promote the soil's long-term health.
The vineyard has a very gentle south west facing slope and mostly Woodburn soils, which are deep, nutrient rich and well drained soils. The original 15 acres of Pinot Noir was planted in 1994 and in 2019 we added 9 acres of Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
