Willamette Valley Vineyards Executive Chef DJ MacIntyre, a longtime champion of Oregon truffles, and Oregon Truffle Festival Culinary Director Charles Ruff will prepare a multi-course truffle feast at the height of Oregon truffle season, each course showcasing the allure and complexity of Oregon truffles.
Join the Oregon Truffle Festival on Sunday, February 16th, in Astoria for the festival's annual event. Formerly known as the Fresh Truffle Marketplace, the Oregon Fresh Truffle Showcase is your gateway into the world of truffles. Enjoy an afternoon of truffle education, cooking demonstrations and tastings, including wines from Willamette Valley Vineyards.
