Club Willamette is a subscription-style club that's customizable for monthly wine pick-ups from select locations.100% of your monthly subscription fee is added to your Club balance to use on the wines of your choice. Q: What is Club Willamette?

A: Club Willamette is a monthly subscription-style wine club. Members are billed $49
per month, which grants you access to Member benefits. Active Club Willamette
members are entitled to the following benefits:

  • 20% discount on Wine Club selections and wine bottle purchases.
  • Access to Into the Woods campground reservations (May - October).
  • Access to library selections, limited release, and pre-release wines.
  • One complimentary educational wine flight for you and up to three guests (once
  • per month, by appointment only).
  • Complimentary Private Winery Tour & Tasting with a Winery Ambassador, by appointment.
  • 10% discount on select merchandise.
  • Member-only invitations to special events.
  • Discounted admission to private wine experiences and events.
  • Exclusive access to reserve our Winery Suites at the Estate in the Salem Hills (reservations required).
  • Monthly billing will add $49 to your Club Balance to use toward any bottle of wine.
  • Ability to use your $49 sign up fee towards the purchase of wine at the time of signup.

Each month, following a successful billing, the $49 monthly membership fee is returned
to you in the form of a Club Balance to then be used towards wine bottle purchases at
any Willamette Valley Vineyards location or online at wvv.com. This balance is available
at any time during your active club membership, and you are welcome to use it as often
as you like. Upon cancellation of your Club Willamette Membership, remaining Club
Balances are available for up to 24 months (2 years) from the cancellation date.

Q: How is Club Willamette different from other Wine Clubs?

A: Unlike traditional wine clubs, Club Willamette is 100% customizable, and as a
member, you choose what wines you receive and when you receive it. Members can
stack up their balance to go towards larger purchases or can use their balance as soon
as they are billed.

Q: Is there a fee to join Club Willamette? 

A: Yes, members will be billed $49 at the time of signup. This initial $49 sign-up fee can
be used as a credit towards the purchase of wine at a Willamette Valley Vineyards
location at the time of signup. This sign-up fee will not be reflected on your Club
Willamette balance in the future. Benefits begin immediately following the initial $49
sign-up fee, and members will begin being billed monthly.

Q: How much does Club Willamette cost?

A: $49 monthly subscription fee billed via credit card.

Q: When will I be billed for Club Willamette?

A: Club Willamette is billed on the first Wednesday of each month.

Q: How can I use my Club Willamette Balance?

A: The Club balance is added to your customer code that you will receive in an email
after your first billing. The code will remain the same month-to-month and can be used
as a payment method during your visit to any Willamette Valley Vineyards location or
online at wvv.com. This code is unique to you. Balances cannot be redeemed on the
purchase of food or exchanged for cash.

Q: Does my Club Willamette balance have cash value?

A: Club Willamette honors your $49 monthly billing as a balance can use
towards the purchase of wine at any Willamette Valley Vineyards location as well as
online at wvv.com. Club Willamette balances are not eligible to be transferred for cash. 

Q: What is Club Willamette’s cancellation policy?

A: We ask that members must accept one (1) billing prior to canceling their
membership. After receiving your first billing, members may cancel anytime, but please
be advised that once billed, the balance is nonrefundable. We request 30 days' notice
via phone, email, or written notice in advance of the next billing. Club Willamette
accounts with balances and no activity within 24 months will be closed and any
balances forfeited. Canceled accounts will no longer have access to stated club

Q: Where can I find my Club Code if I delete the email?

A: Call the Wine Club at 503-588-9463, email wineclub@wvv.com or visit any of our
locations and an associate will help you.

Q: How do I know my Club Code Balance?

A: Go to wvv.com and click on the Wine Club tab located in the header on the right.
Scroll down until you see “Find Your Club Willamette Balance,” then enter your 16-digit
code into the search bar provided. You can also search directly at /Balance.

Q: Will I be notified prior to billing?

A: Yes! You will receive an email about one week prior to billing letting you know that
we will be charging your card for $49 on the first Wednesday of the month.

Q: How do I update my payment method?

A: After logging into your account:

  • Click on your name in the upper right. This will take you to the “Edit Profile Page.”
  • Click on “Credit Cards” in the subheading.
  • Scroll down and click “Add a New Credit Card.”

 

Club Willamette Terms and Conditions:

Termination - Willamette Valley Vineyards reserves the right to terminate your
membership in the case of 3 or more failed monthly club billings/credit card declines
and/or lack of communication or activity on the account, such as updating payment
methods or accepting billing.

Cancellation Policy - Membership may be canceled at any time after receiving your
first billing. We request 30 days' notice via phone, email or written notice in advance of
the shipment. We cannot cancel your membership once a monthly club billing is in
process. Club Willamette accounts with balances and no activity within 24 months will
be closed and any balances forfeited. To cancel your membership, please call (503) 588-
9463 or email wineclub@wvv.com.

Refunds - Club Willamette balances cannot be refunded for cash once billed and
reflected as a balance in your club account. Following cancellation of your club
membership, the remaining balance will be accessible for wine purchases at any
Willamette Valley Vineyards location for up to 24 months (2 years) from the cancellation
date. Club Willamette accounts with balances and no activity within 24 months will be
closed and any balances forfeited .Upon cancellation, individuals are no longer eligible
to receive stated club benefits regardless of the remaining Club Willamette balance.
