Please join us for a Midsummer's Eve Pairings Wine Dinner on Wednesday, July 27th, or Thursday, July 28th.
As the sun sets over the Estate Vineyard, you'll enjoy and discover pairings featuring wines from four distinct vineyards, including Maison Bleue and Pambrun in the Walla Walla Valley, our Estate Vineyard in the Willamette Valley and Quail Run Vineyards in the Rogue Valley. Each course prepared by Winery Chef DJ MacIntyre highlights the bounty of summer, like our 2018 Griffin Creek Tempranillo paired with Ancho Smoked Chinook Salmon (see menu details below).
The cost to attend is $125 per person or $115 per person for Wine Club Members and Owners. Reservations are all-inclusive and include a $10 wine credit per person to use on your favorite wines of the evening. We'll gather at 6:30 pm on both evenings with a welcome pour; you'll move to your dinner table at 7 pm.
Due to high heat warnings, we will be moving the dinner to the Estate Tasting Room for your comfort.
