2023 Pinot Blanc

Sourced from a small planting at our Tualatin Estate Vineyard, the grape clusters are whole cluster pressed and aged in stainless steel barrels.

On the Nose: Straw in color, delicate and ripe aromas of blossom, Asian pear and golden apple complement herbal notes of dried ginger and sweet basil.

On the Palate: Fresh, dry and fruity with flavors of papaya, baked peach, honeydew and dried apricots. The balance between the flavor and body of the wine creates a pleasant and juicy mouthfeel.

Food Pairings: This wine pairs well with savory and spicy dishes and fresh summer flavors, including Thai basil chicken and peach and cucumber salad. It can also be paired with a fruity dessert such as pear galette.
