2023 Estate Chardonnay

The Willamette Valley's long, cool growing season is ideally suited for growing low yields of high-quality Chardonnay grapes. Our Estate Chardonnay is sourced from our estate vineyards located on the iron-rich volcanic slopes and sedimentary seabeds of the Willamette Valley Appellation.

On the Nose: Pale gold in color with aromas of chamomile, apple and sweet lemon.

On the Palate: The light-bodied palate displays balanced acidity and subtle complexity with flavors of passion fruit, baked pear, subtle brown sugar and sweet barrel notes.

Food Pairings: This wine pairs well with seafood and briny dishes including steamed mussels in caper butter sauce, fish piccata, lobster bisque or soft cheeses.
