2012 667 Single Clone Pinot Noir

One of the last time we bottled one of our Pinot Noirs sourced from a single clone.

On the Nose: the 10+ years spent maturing in our cellars reveals intense aromas of dried cherries, pomegranate, dried sage, and black truffles that exude out of the glass.

On the Palate: has mature flavors of dried hibiscus flowers, Marionberries, forest floor, and toasted hazelnuts. This is truly a rare cellared Pinot Noir to open and celebrate with fellow wine lovers.

Food pairings: Mushroom Risotto, Roasted Turkey with a cranberry gastrique, Lapin Chasseur - Rabbit and mushroom stew
