Please join us for a Winemaker's Pairings Dinner and celebrate Oregon Wine Month at the Estate in the Salem Hills on Saturday, May 3rd at 6:30 pm.

Enjoy a four-course dinner with Director of Winemaking & Vineyards Terry Culton, who will share stories behind the wines.

Pairings include our 2019 Domaine Willamette Blanc de Blancs with Crab Imperial and our 2021 Pambrun Chrysologue with Braised Beef Shortrib (see full menu details below).

The cost to attend is $150 per person, $135 for Owners and Members, or $125 for Owners who are also Members. Reservations include a $10 bottle credit to use that night.
