This event is hosted by Winery Ambassador Julie Harris and special guest, Head Cheesemonger, Brian Gilbert, ACS CCP, CCSE. Brian is one of only a select few cheese professionals in the world who is both a Certified Cheese Professional (CCP) and Certified Cheese Sensory Evaluator (CCS).
