You're the winemaker when you join us on the Vancouver Waterfront for a four-course Pairings Wine Dinner on Thursday, August 10th at 6 pm. 

During the dinner, you'll try your hand at winemaking using Vancouver's new Red Blending system to create a customized blend of Walla Walla red varietals to find the perfect pairing. A special guest will taste all the blends of the evening and score them. The highest-scoring blend will win a prize.

Tickets are $150 per person or $135 for Owners and Club Members, including gratuity and a $10 wine credit per person. Applicable state taxes may be added at checkout.
