2023 Sauvignon Blanc
Staff from various departments worked as a team to develop an experimental block of Sauvignon Blanc at Tualatin Estate Vineyard as a "vine to wine" educational project. They researched rootstocks and vine materials, helped plant and farm the vines. This bottling represents our team's collaborative approach of making the highest quality wines possible from the Willamette Valley appellation and continuing to tell the Oregon story through unique offerings.

Teachers, please visit our locations in Oregon and Southwest Washington for a complimentary seasonal wine flight and a 20% wine discount. Bring your current school ID, and we'll take care of the wine. Offer good through July 31st, 2024; limit one flight per person.

Founded in 1983 by Oregon native Jim Bernau with the dream of creating world-class Pinot Noir, Jim cleared away an old pioneer plum orchard in the Salem Hills and watered the vines by hand using 17 lengths of garden hose to get the grapelings through their first summer. Willamette Valley Vineyards has grown from a bold idea into one of the region’s leading wineries, earning the title “One of America’s Great Pinot Noir Producers” from Wine Enthusiast Magazine.
