Picked late in the season to develop high levels of sugar and flavor and then commercially frozen to concentrate the juice creating a deliciously sweet dessert wine.
Tualatin Estate Vineyard rests in the foothills of the Oregon Coast range and is one of the oldest plantings in Oregon, planted in 1973 by Oregon wine pioneer Bill Fuller, and now in the newly approved Tualatin Hills AVA. The unique Laurelwood soil profile at the Tualatin Estate Vineyard contributes to the complex nature of the wines.

An illustration of the art of blending, the Signature Cuvee is selected from the finest barrels sourced from our Estate, Elton and Tualatin Estate Vineyards. Ruby in color, it is a wonderfully complex wine that delivers fruit, earth and spice. On the palate, the wine shows balance of structure with firm tannins and lifting acidity. The palate exudes flavors of marionberry, black cherry, mushroom and wood spice. With site driven diversity, we are able to craft this
wine to our precise and quality standards.
Peak drinkability 2016-2021.
Ruby in color, the wine features a nose of black cherry, anise and earth. An inviting palate with fruit-forward flavors of cranberry and raspberry are accented by baking spices and toasted oak over a medium-bodied frame with integrated tannins and balanced acidity.
In 1973, Bill Fuller emigrated from California to Oregon to plant vines at Tualatin Vineyard. Forty years later, it is our pleasure to continue working with Bill to produce this wine from his favorite blocks of Pinot Noir.
For nearly two decades we have been working with growers, Don and Traute Moore, crafting the highest-quality wines from their Rogue Valley vineyards. With temperatures similar to France's Bordeaux or Rhone regions, this area is an emerging Oregon region.
The 2010 vintage was marked by a long, cool and late growing season producing exceptional wines with bright, concentrated flavors, balanced fruit and bold aromas. The wines coming out of this vintage had balanced acidity and lower alcohol levels delivering fantastic ageability.

Sourced from Quail Run Vineyards in Southern Oregon, owned by dedicated growers Don and Traute Moore who are known for being Southern Oregon’s most celebrated producer of premium wine grapes.
The 2011 vintage was dominated by a cool and late growing season, but the wines it produced have been superb. Concentrated fruit flavors are balanced with bold aromas while the acidity and lower alcohol levels insured ageability in the wine cellar.
