Beautiful color, with a pale straw hue and a light green rim. The nose offers classic aromas of petrol, lemongrass, dried honeysuckle, pear and dried orange peel. Its refreshing acidity highlights the flavors of lime zest, lemon peel, grapefruit and honeycomb.
Food Pairings: Enjoy with seafood, spicy foods and light, salty cheeses, like sashimi with white fish, shrimp pad thai, chicken tinga tacos and herbed feta dip with pita.

Pale gold and yellow, subtle aromas of brioche bread, white flower, butterscotch and honeydew melon enrich this rare varietal. Delicate and light flavors of white tea, shortbread cookies and limoncello on the palate. The wine's creamy palate finishes with a refreshing acidity; pairing well with aromatic or spicy dishes.
Food Pairings: Enjoy as an aperitif and with main dishes featuring fish and chicken, egg-based dishes like Quiche Lorraine and soft cheeses.

Pale yellow with brilliant clarity, the delicate yet abundant aromas include lilac, jicama, honey, pear and lemon meringue. The palate of honeydew, grapefruit, edelweiss and paprika spice are typical in Gewürztraminer wine. Sourced from Tualatin Hills AVA and crafted in a classic German style to accentuate the naturally perceived fruit flavors. The wine presents a rich mid-palate and a fresh finish.

Tualatin Hills AVA
Tualatin Estate Vineyard, established in 1973 by Oregon wine pioneer Bill Fuller, is one of the oldest and most respected vineyard sites in Oregon. Covered in Laurelwood soil and Pisolites, the slope is south-facing with an elevation of 250-530 feet. Wine grapes from this 171-acre vineyard have produced world-renowned wines for more than 45 years. Tualatin is the only vineyard to have won the Best of Show for both the red and white categories at the London International Wine Competition in the same year. This is a feat unduplicated by any Oregon winery. Tualatin Estate Vineyard is proudly owned through a merger with Willamette Valley Vineyards accomplished in 1997.
