Dungeness Crab & Marinated Artichoke Dip

Dungeness Crab & Marinated Artichoke Dip

2 cups Cream Cheese

2 cups Sour Cream

1/4 cup Garlic, fresh chopped

1/2 lb Dungeness Crab Meat

1 cup Marinated Artichokes, drained

1/2 cup Parmigianino Reggiano

1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp White Pepper


This rich and creamy dish is the perfect appetizer for any seafood dinner party. We suggest pairing it with our 2010 Estate Chardonnay because of its crisp aromas, tropical characteristics, and smooth round body. 


Preheat oven to 300°. Place all ingredients except for 1/4 lb of the crab pieces into a mixing bowl. On low, mix for 1 minute intervals, being sure to scrape down the bowl every minute with a rubber spatula. Do this 4 times then fold in the remaining crab. Transfer to an oven safe dish, cover with plastic wrap & foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove wrap and serve right away or cool to heat later.
