Join us for a truffle-filled gala at the Estate in the Salem Hills on February 22nd and 23rd at 6:30 pm. Willamette Valley Vineyard's Executive Chef DJ McIntyre, a longtime champion of Oregon truffles, and Oregon Truffle Festival Culinary Director Charles Ruff will prepare a multi-course truffle feast at the height of Oregon truffle season, each course showcasing the allure and complexity of Oregon truffles.
Courses will be carefully paired with wines from Willamette Valley Vineyards, highlighting the harmony of Oregon terroir in both wine and truffles. Join us for a night of culinary delight, where every bite tells a story and every sip is a celebration of the Willamette Valley's bounty.
Seating is limited to 80 guests. Tickets are $255 per person and include a $25 bottle credit.
