Willaby's Catering & Event Design has been the elite caterer for Willamette Valley Vineyards for over fifteen years. Our unparalleled relationship with one another allows us to create magical experiences by our professional and experienced staff as well as work with you to accommodate specific and customized requests.

We are committed to you in every stage of your wedding development from venue to menu. We can help you as much or as little as you would like and offer the following services: day of/full event coordination, event design & rentals, floral design, menu customization, hair, make-up and all the other fun details.

Menus

We offer an array of menus from hors d'oeuvres to a six course seated meal. We prefer rather than offering package deals, to customize a menu specific to your tastes and preferences. We offer buffets, family style or a plated meal depending on your preferences.

• Hors d'Oeuvre menus start at $20 guest and include plasticware and a non-alcoholic beverage station featuring lemonade, coffee, and citrus water.
  (Not available during peak-season Saturdays in the Estate Room)
• Single Entrée Menu starts at $25/guest and includes china service and a non alcoholic beverage station featuring lemonade, coffee and citrus water.
• Dual Entrée Menu starts at $28/guest and includes china service and a non alcoholic beverage station featuring lemonade, coffee and citrus water.
• Add butlered hors d'oeuvres to your menu for $3.95-$6/guest, depending on selection.
